Abstracts must be written in english or portuguese. After abstract acceptance, full-papers can be submitted and may be written in English or Portuguese. The submission of abstracts and full papers must be done in the ereviewer platform (www.ereviewer.org/icces2021).
Full papers can only be submitted after the acceptance of the abstract.
Submission Categories:
- Abstract only – Should be maximum of 500 words (including reference list)
- Full Paper – Should be maximum of 6,000 words (including reference list)
Abstract submissions must be performed using ereviewer plataform by November 15, 2021. Abstracts written in English or Portuguese must comply with the ICCESUS Abstract Template-en (in english) or ICCESUS Abstract Template-pt (in portuguese).
Paper submissions must be performed using ereviewer plataform until 5 January, 2022.
Please ensure that the main document you will submit does not include author information. The manuscript posted in your submission will follow for review as is and if author information is found on the manuscript, we may cancel your submission.

Submission and Decision
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference (with ISBN).
The best full papers will be selected for publication in:
- International Journal of Marketing, Communication and New Media. Papers written in English must comply with the IJMCNM Author Guidelines.
- Millenium – Journal of Education, technologies and Health. Papers written in English must comply with the Millenium Author Guidelines.
- Book chapter: Communication and environmental sustainability: concepts and practices. Papers written in Portuguese must comply with the ICCESUS template.
Submitted abstracts/papers must not have been published before, not be under review for any other conference or publication and not include any information leading to the authors’ identification. Therefore, the authors’ names, affiliations and bibliographic references should not be included in the abstract for evaluation by the Scientific Committee. This information should only be included in the final paper submission.
All abstracts will be subjected to a “double-blind review” by at least two members of the Scientific Committee. Based on Scientific Committee evaluation, an abstract can be rejected or accepted by the Conference Chairs.
The authors of accepted papers will have 10 minutes to present their work in a Conference Work Session (presentations could be in portuguese or english); approximately 5 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation.
